- 1 / 5By Marc BrooksIf I could leave a zero I would. Ordered pizza online at 9. 11pm comes around and no pizza. I call the lady says "yeah I've been trying to get ahold of you we have a problem with your pizza because we don't have a driver, you won't be getting your pizza tonight". I have zero missed calls or message and my phone number simultaneously rings to two tables to and my phone. No courtesy call, no care and no offer to make things right. Horrible customer service. I understand a driver might Bail but at least call. Act like you carry. Offer carryout alternative. Also there are 2 charges for $27.50. That are tying up nearly $50.00 on my avail credit.January 02, 2017
